| In the early 1990s Bill Khanna had the vision of bringing high quality Moghul cuisine to the Seattle metropolitan area. He opened three Chutney's restaurants in Seattle: in lower Queen Anne near the Seattle Center, on Capital Hill, and in Wallingford. He consistently attracted the highest quality chefs and wait staff to his restaurants. All the Chutneys restaurants were reviewed by the key Pacific Northwest's dining critics. Each one received accolades for their authentic menus, fine preparations, and extensive wine lists. After developing each restaurant, he sold the operations to people that could carry on the tradition of gracious serving of fine Indian cuisine. |

| In response to requests from his clientele, Mr. Khanna opened a restaurant on the eastside of Lake Washington in 2000. Here he has continued the tradition of serving fine cuisine in a warm, hospitable environment with excellent wait staff and an extensive wine list. We have strengthened the staff with the addition of Vicky Khanna. He joined us as Manager, Food & Beverage Operations. He brings great experience in public relations, media relations, advertisement and general management in the hospitality industry. In the five years since Chutneys has been in Bellevue its catering operations have grown significantly with catering to both the corporate sector, private parties, and special events. With clients like Microsoft, Oracle, Boeing, Infosys, Wipro, Tata Consultancy, Talisma, InfoSpace, Real Networks, Siemens, GE. Special events catering for weddings, birthdays, and private parties has also grown significantly. We recently tied up with Westin Hotel in Bellevue to provide catering services for special events. We cater to groups of all sizes; from 20 to hundreds of guests. | ||
